LCW Endgame 2007 Pay-Per-View Results 12.23.07

LCW Endgame 2007 Pay-Per-View Results (December 23, 2007) live from the HP Pavilion in San Jose, CA.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko welcomed everyone to LCW Endgame 2007. Schiavone reminded everyone that a new LCW Chairman of the Board would be named tonight by former LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and that LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin would defend his title against Macho Man Randy Savage.

In the parking lot, former LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway arrived to the arena in a limousine. Mean Gene Okerlund appeared and asked Calaway who the new Chairman of the Board would be. Calaway refused to say anything, but did say that the new Chairman of the Board would be arriving shortly.

The Rock 'n' Roll Express (with Lady Amazon) defeated The Powers of Pain (with Paul Jones) in 5:18 by pinfall when Ricky Morton pinned The Barbarian after a missile dropkick in a number one contenders match to determine the number one contenders for the LCW United States Tag Team Championships. As a result of the pre-match stipulation, Lady Amazon got five minutes in the ring with Paul Jones. However, as Lady Amazon was getting into the ring, the Powers of Pain attacked the Rock 'n' Roll Express and Kevin Sullivan appeared out of nowhere and attacked Amazon, kidnapping her and taking her from ringside, up the entrance ramp, and to the back. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, "Where the hell is he taking here? Where has Kevin Sullivan taken Lady Amazon?"

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez about his upcoming match against Iceman King Parsons and Fernandez said, "You know, Mean Gene, the Brothahood, it kind of reminds me of the American government. You know what I'm talking about, Mean Gene?" Gene said he didn't but told Fernandez to continue and Fernandez did saying, "Well let me break it down for you because it's like this, daddy. It's like our government trying to build a wall between America and Mexico. You know I am proud Mexican-American, but I didn't fight for this great country so that we could discriminate against hard working people, no matter where they come from, who get less than a fair wage doing jobs that nobody else wants to do only to get treated like crap and disrespected at every turn. That's not the American dream, that's not the American dream that I risked my life to defend. And it's not just Mexicans who are getting disrespected either. Everyday, hard working American citizens are spit on by their own government. But it's time for a change and I think it was Sam Cooke who said, 'A change gon' come.' Starting tonight, starting with that jabroni Iceman King Parsons…you know, that jerk attacked me from behind, Mean Gene? He started the battle, he started the war. And sure, it pissed me off, but I'm not pissed off anymore, daddy. I'm focused, the target is in sight, and I'm taking out that target tonight. I'm going to knock down the wall that the Brothahood has been trying to build in Legends Championship Wrestling for months now. Brick by brick, daddy, I'm going to knock down that wall, the wall they're trying to put up between whites and black, between Asians and blacks, between anyone who isn't black and blacks because this is Legends Championship Wrestling. We're white, we're black, we're Asian, I'm proud to be Hispanic, but at the end of the day we're all one thing: we're legends. Every single one of us are brothers in the same fight, you know what I mean, man? I would stand behind any of the great men in that locker room and go to war. I would trust them with my life, but tonight I'm going out there alone, just another legend going into that ring, a legend who has been the first called and the first to serve in the battle against a group of wayward warriors who have lost their way on the path to destiny and immortality. Along they way they've forgotten that you don't gain immortality and you don't reach your destiny by building a wall around yourself and keeping out the rest of the world. In 1987, President Ronald Reagan asked Mikhail Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin Wall. Twenty years later, Slick, I'm not asking you, I'm telling you, I'm going to tear down the wall that you're trying to build with the Brothahood and, tonight, Iceman King Parsons is the first brick in the wall that I'm taking out, daddy!" After Fernandez walked away, Okerlund said "Well, a more emotional Manny Fernandez than I think I've ever seen before certainly sounds intent on taking out the Brothahood, but will his emotion interfere with the mission at hand, and more importantly can he accomplish that mission alone. I guess we'll see tonight if Manny Fernandez can, as he said, take out the first brick in the wall in Iceman King Parsons. Tony, Larry, back to you."

LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez defeated Iceman King Parsons (with Slick) in 6:24 by pinfall after Koko B. Ware accidentally hit Parsons with a steel chair while Dark Journey was distracting the referee. Parsons was holding Fernandez in position, but Fernandez moved out of the way and Ware hit Parsons with the chair. Fernandez knocked Ware off the apron and then pinned Parsons for the pinfall and the win. After the match, Fernandez grabbed Slick, threw him against the ropes and went to hit him the Flying Burrito, but Ware pulled Slick out of the ring and Parsons hit Fernandez with the Butt Bump. Parsons and Ware then doubled teamed Fernandez until Jesse Ventura came out with a steel chair and cleared them out of the ring. Ventura then helped Fernandez to his feet. Fernandez was cautious at first and from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone reminded the audience why he was cautious saying, "This is what happened last month when Iceman King Parsons came out to help Fernandez and the 'Raging Bull' got blasted with the steel chair." Ventura dropped the steel chair as Parsons and Ware left ringside and extended his hand. Fernandez shook Ventura's hand and Ventura raised Fernandez's arm in the air as Fernandez raised the title high above his head.

In the parking lot, a limousine arrived and, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone noted that the license plate had the old "NWA" logo on it. Schiavone asked, "Who could this be? Who could be the new LCW Chairman of the Board?"

LCW International Champion Don Muraco (with Mr. Fuji) defeated Rowdy Roddy Piper in 7:23 by pinfall after the Hawaiian Hammer reverse piledriver. After the match, Muraco kept attacking Piper, but Paul Orndorff came out and knocked Muraco out of the ring. As Orndorff checked on Piper in the ring, Muraco said he had had enough of Paul Orndorff and Muraco said he wanted Orndorff out of his life once and for all. Muraco said, "You're holding on to this dream, this fantasy that you'll be the International Champion again, brother, but it's never going to happen. But I'm willing to give you one more chance, one more shot. Call it a last chance match. But I don't just want you out of my life once and for all. I want to humble you on the way out, brother. So I'm going to give you one last chance at my LCW International Championship in a match contested under 'I Quit' rules at the first pay-per-view of 2008, the LCW Ascension pay-per-view on January 20th." The audience exploded and Orndorff said he liked the sound of that, but had an additional stipulation. Orndorff said, "That sounds good to me, but I want that snake in the grass, Mr. Fuji, suspended above the ring in a cage. I want him away from the action, but I want him there I can keep an eye on him." Muraco consulted with Fuji and the said, "You've got it!" Orndorff said, "Not yet, but I'm going to get it. I'm going to get that title back where it belongs: back around my waist!" Muraco and Fuji left and Orndorff helped Piper out of the ring and up the entrance ramp.

In the back, LCW Heritage Champion Butch Reed asked Slick, who was still in pain and being check on a medic after being hit by Manny Fernandez with the Flying Burrito, if he was going to be able to be in his corner for his match with Jake Roberts. Slick asked Reed if he saw what Fernandez did to him and Reed said he did, but he still needed Slick in his corner if he could make it to ringside. Slick reminded Reed that Roberts wasn't even in the building and he had nothing to worry about because Roberts wasn't going to show up. Dark Journey appeared to check on Slick and Slick said, "Butch, since you need someone, why don't you take Dark Journey." Reed asked Journey if she'd be in his corner, but Koko B. Ware appeared and said, "No way, brotha. That just ain't gonna happen, man." Reed said that with Slick out of the picture he needed her to be in his corner and it would be strictly a professional arrangement. Journey said, "Come on, Koko. He needs me. Don't worry about it. You know that only the Birdman can make my heart fly, baby." Ware relented and Reed and Journey left as Ware stayed to check on Slick.

LCW Heritage Champion Butch Reed came out with Dark Journey and Reed said since Jake Roberts hadn't arrived to the arena he had forfeited the match and Reed demanded that the referee name him as the winner of the match. Interim LCW Chairman of the Board Nick Bockwinkel came out and announced that Roberts wasn't in the arena, but Reed was still going to defend his title tonight, "…against someone who's very close to Jake Roberts…Sam Houston!"

LCW Heritage Champion Butch Reed (with Dark Journey) defeated Sam Houston in 4:02 by pinfall after a diving shoulderblock. After the win, Reed kissed Dark Journey on the lips which shocked her at first, but then made her smile as Reed left the ring and made his way up the entrance ramp. He looked back at her as she followed behind him up the entrance ramp and said he was sorry.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin and Precious about their upcoming mixed tag team match against Tom Zenk and Sunshine. Okerlund asked Precious about wrestling and Precious said she wasn't a wrestler, but she was going to kick Sunshine's ass. Garvin said, "First, I'm taking that punk Tom Zenk out of action and then, Sunshine, I hope you're bags are packed because I'm sending you back to Texas on the first plane out of here." Garvin and Precious walked away.

Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin and Precious defeated Tom Zenk and Sunshine in 5:11 in a mixed tag team match when Precious pinned Sunshine after Garvin hit her with the DDT. As a result of the pre-match stipulation, Sunshine had to leave Legends Championship Wrestling. After the match, Zenk carried Sunshine to the back.

In the back, Koko B. Ware got in LCW Heritage Champion Butch Reed's face as he and Dark Journey came into the Brothahood locker room and Ware said, "What was that, man? Kissing my girl? What are you thinkin', man?" Slick, still in pain, stood up and said, "Koko, Koko, brotha, calm down. It was a kiss in the heat of the moment and I'm sure it doesn't mean a damn thing. You need to chill right now. You need to focus on more important things like getting your mind right. You lost the LCW Television Championship last month and tonight you cost Iceman the chance to regain the title and bring it back into the Brothahood." Ware said it was a mistake, but Slick said, "I know it was, but we don't have room for excuses in the Brothahood, man. Think about all those little brothas and sistas out there who are looking up to the Brothahood. When they see you losing, when they see you being a loser, it kills their hope that one day they can rise up and become something, that they can do something with their lives. You need to get your mind right. Get your mind right, brotha." Reed, Parson, and Dark Journey helped Slick out of the locker room, leaving an angry Ware alone.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Tully Blanchard and Kimberly Page and Blanchard said, "Gene, the roles of the managers might have changed. Baby Doll might be in DDP's corner and he might have Page's ex-wife in his corner, but one thing hasn't changed, Page: I'm still the superior wrestler and I'm going to prove it tonight." Blanchard promised that Page's reign as the LCW United States Champion was coming to an end tonight and he left with Kimberly.

LCW United States Champion The Sheepherders defeated The Killer Bees in 4:54 by pinfall when Butch Miller pinned Brian Blair. During the match, a man came down to ringside carrying the New Zealand flag and from the broadcast booth Tony Schiavone said, "That's Rip Morgan, the Sheepherders old flag bearer! What is he doing here?" Towards the end of the match, Brian Blair and Jim Brunzell put their masks over their head in an attempt to confuse the Sheepherders, but the Sheepherders distracted the referee and Morgan got into the ring and broke the flag pole over Brunzell's back and then hit Blair with the broken end of the flag pole and then jumped out of the ring, allowing Butch to pin Blair. After the match, blood could be seen on Blair's mask as Brunzell helped him out of the ring.

In the parking lot, Jake Roberts was shown arriving to the arena. From the broadcast booth, Larry Zbyszko said, "He's a little late, isn't he?" Tony Schiavone asked, "What is he doing here? I mean, he's supposed to be in rehab." Roberts made his way through the arena corridor and could be heard asking production staff members and other wrestlers, "Where is she?" Schiavone asked, "Who's he looking for?"

Tully Blanchard (with Kimberly Page) defeated LCW United States Champion Diamond Dallas Page (with Baby Doll) by pinfall with a schoolboy rollup in 8:27 to win the LCW United States Championship. During the match, Kimberly Page interfered and hit Diamond Dallas Page with a low blow, but it had no effect. Page turned around and pulled out a cup. Page then hit his ex-wife with the Diamond Cutter and rolled her out of the ring. However, the distraction allowed Blanchard to regain control of the match for a moment until Page hit him with a Diamond Cutter out of nowhere. Page went to pin Blanchard, but as the referee was making the count, Baby Doll placed Blanchard's leg on the bottom rope. Page got up and asked her, "What the hell was that? What are you doing?" Baby Doll shrugged her shoulders and then slapped Page. Meanwhile, Jake Roberts came out in his street clothes and made his way to the ring and got into the ring just as Page was about to grab Baby Doll. Roberts stood between Page and Baby Doll and stared at Page and Page, confused, backed away. Roberts then turned around and grabbed Baby Doll and hit her with the DDT and the audience exploded. Roberts leaned down and said "betrayed" before leaving the ring. With Baby Doll lying motionless on the ring apron, Blanchard rolled up Page from behind for the pinfall and the win. He quickly grabbed his title, picked Baby Doll up off of the ring apron and carried her to the back, leaving ringside as an upset Page tried to take in everything that had just happened.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Stan Hansen who said he wasn't kicking Superstar Billy Graham's ass tonight to prove anything to "that bitch" Madusa or to impress her. He said he was done with that "trash" and said that he was kicking Graham's ass for one reason and one reason only…because he could.

In the parking lot, Jake Roberts was shown leaving the arena and Tony Schiavone presumed, and hoped for Baby Doll's sake, that he was going back to rehab for continued treatment. Zbyszko and Schiavone both wished him the best on his recovery.

Superstar Billy Graham defeated Stan Hansen in 7:46 by disqualification after Hansen blasted Graham with the cowbell on his bullrope. After the match, Hansen choked Graham with the bullrope and threw him over the top rope, hanging him over the top rope and choking him more until security officials came out and forced Hansen to release Graham.

In the back, LCW World Tag Team Champions Tony Atlas and Rocky Johnson approached Slick, who was in the Brothahood locker room and now sitting in pain in a chair, and they asked him if he was going to be in their corner tonight and Slick tried to stand up, but winced in pain before sitting back down in the chair. Slick said he was still in a great deal of pain and probably shouldn't risk further injury by going to ringside, but he said he would be there in spirit and would be

In the parking lot, Zenk was helping Sunshine put her bags in her car. Sunshine gave Tom Zenk a kiss and the two embraced, holding each other for a moment before she got in the car and drove away. Tom Zenk watched as the car drove out of the parking lot and was out of view. When he turned around to leave, Dr. Death Steve Williams was behind him and Williams laid Zenk out with a devastating clothesline. Watts laughed as he left with Williams.

The Wild Samoans defeated LCW World Tag Team Champions Tony Atlas and Rocky Johnson in 6:10 by pinfall when Afa pinned Atlas after the Samoan Drop after Johnson accidentally hit Atlas to win the LCW World Tag Team Championships. After the match, Atlas and Johnson argued with each other and began to shove each other before leaving the ring separately.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Big Van Vader and Harley Race about Vader's upcoming steel cage match with Magnum TA. Race said there was no such thing as friends in professional wrestling and Magnum TA proved just what an idiot he was for thinking that he could ever really trust Big Van Vader. Race said Vader used Magnum TA and he was going to use Magnum again tonight…as a stepping stone to the LCW International Championship.

Magnum TA defeated Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) in 9:14 in a steel cage match to determine the number one contender for the LCW International Championship. After the match, Paul Orndorff appeared on the entrance stage and, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone asked, "Wait just a minute, Larry. If Don Muraco is giving Paul Orndorff his last chance at the title at the LCW Ascension pay-per-view next month, then when is Magnum TA going to get his title shot?" Orndorff left as Magnum continued to celebrate his victory in the ring.

Former LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway came out to a mixed reaction and as he passed Magnum TA on the entrance ramp the two men stared at each other for a moment before Calaway extended his hand for a hand shake. Magnum looked at Calaway's hand and then looked at Calaway before shaking his hand and then walking away as Calaway continued on his way to the ring. Once in the ring, Calaway said that many names had been considered, but there was only one person with the experience worthy of being named his successor. Calaway said he would return as Chairman of the Board once the legalities had been worked out and once his personal issues with Stone Cold Steve Austin are set aside the new Chairman of the Board had agreed to give up his position and allow Calaway to return to his position as Chairman of the Board. Calaway said, "Two years ago, when I had to sell Legends Championship Wrestling to a group of investors, the head of the investors, one Mr. Ted Turner, the man who became Chairman of the Board in my absence, crapped all over my company, he crapped all over my dream, he tried to destroy what I had worked so hard to create. But a wrestling family, a wrestling dynasty, a wrestling legacy, led by one man in particular, helped me to return so that I could save Legends Championship Wrestling and that man is going to be the LCW Chairman of the Board until I can return again. Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming back to professional wrestling, the one, the only, the new LCW Chairman of the Board…Jim Crockett." Crockett walked down the entrance ramp, got into the ring, and shook Calaway's hand. Calaway handed him the microphone and Crockett thanked the audience before leaving with Calaway.

LCW Women's Champion Luna Vachon defeated Madusa Micelli in 3:56 by pinfall after a moonsault. During the match, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko talked about where Kevin Sullivan may have taken Lady Amazon, who he kidnapped earlier in the evening. After the match, Kevin Sullivan appeared on the LegendsTron and said to Luna Vachon, "Luna, come to me. I'm waiting for you. And the prize for your victory is waiting for you as well." The camera panned back and Lady Amazon was shown lying unconscious on a table in a dark room wearing a pure white, full length gown. Sullivan ran his hand over Lady Amazon's face and said, "Your new pet is waiting for you, Luna. She's ready for her training, Luna." Sullivan laughed as Luna, with a wicked smile on her face, made her way up the entrance ramp and to the back.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko announced that "Psycho" by Puddle of Mudd had been selected as the official theme song for the LCW Ascension pay-per-view on January 20, 2007.

LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated Randy Savage (with Sheamus O'Shaunessy) in 13:34 by pinfall after the Stone Cold Stunner. During the match, Sheamus O'Shaunessy tried to interfere, but was caught by the referee and removed from ringside. Towards the end of the match, the referee was knocked out when Austin bumped into the referee after a flying double axe handle smash from Savage to the back sending Austin into the referee. Savage attempted a pinfall, but the referee was knocked out. Savage went to hit Austin with the flying elbow smash, but Austin moved and after a few right hands hit Savage with the Stone Cold Stunner. Austin went for a pinfall attempt, but the referee was still knocked out. O'Shaunessy returned to ringside and went to hit Austin with the War Sword, but Austin caught him with the Stone Cold Stunner and kicked him out of the ring. The Genius Lanny Poffo then came out and blasted Austin from behind with his scroll, but Scott Hall came out and attacked Poffo, who cost Hall the LCW Television Championship in October, and the two men brawled into the crowd and to the back. Meanwhile, in the ring, the referee began to regain consciousness and Savage started making his way back to his feet. Austin hit him with a second Stunner for the pinfall and the win. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko wished everyone a Merry Christmas and the show went off the air.
